Our return policy is not complicated. It’s very simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, simply return it. Providing that the item was not otherwise marked as a final sale. Please keep in mind that we sell both new and resale items. Some items will be marked as final sales. Those items cannot be returned. No Exceptions!
We try our very best not to sell a defective piece of clothing. However, keep in mind that we do sell some consigned clothing as well. All items are inspected thoroughly. If there are any defects or issues you will find that information in the product description. The item will be listed as a final sale.
If for some reason a defect got pass us please know that it was not intentional. Our goal is to always make our customers smile. So if you don’t smile when you receive an item simply send it back. You have 14 days to return the item in the same condition as when purchased. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; this includes make-up stains from trying clothes on. All items will have tags. All items must be returned with tags attached within the 14 day time frame. Please allow for shipping time. Receipts are required for refunds. Items without a receipt may receive a store credit.
To return an item please give us a courtesy call or email to let us know the issue with the item. You will then be given a return notification number that should be included with the item when returned.
After the return has been processed a refund or exchange credit will be given. Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed. Exchange credits will be mailed or emailed based on your preference.
The buyer is responsible for shipping when returning an item, unless the item is being returned due to an unrecorded defect and it has been acknowledged with a specified defect notification number. In this case you will receive a return shipping voucher via email.
We cannot guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. Therefore, we recommend you purchase whatever else you like right away, and we will refund your credit card when we receive your returns up to the amount of the new purchase.
If you have made a second purchase and would like to be refunded to your credit card, please mention this in the comment section of your return.
